All phones say PHONE LINE IN USE. UNABLE TO GET RESPONSE FROM XFINITY TESTING
For 4 months, every land line phone I plug in says "PHONE LINE IN USE". This is rather frustrating and I would like someone to please contact me. Thank you.

If you’re using cordless phones. Try connecting the phone line from the base phone into telephone port # 1. Check for dial tone.
