Added Home Voice to my account yesterday, still not working.
I added a landline yesterday morning and still not getting a dial tone and incoming calls go straight to voicemail. I have the Xfinity XB7 and the phone I’m using is an AT&T CL82229. I went through all the basic troubleshooting tips the AI recommended for a few hours yesterday. I tried both voice inputs, reset my network a few times, unplugged the router for the majority of the day to see if it would fix it and even spoke to a live representative through chat who said it’s still not active but should be in a few hours. Still nothing. Would appreciate someone looking into our network and see what the issue is.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
