Add modem's voicemail MAC address to my account-need rep to send special 'bootfile' to enable TEL1 or TEL2 Ports.

I need an Xfinity Rep to add modem's voicemail MAC address to my account-need rep to send special 'bootfile' to enable TEL1 or TEL2 Ports on my Motorola MT7711 Cable Modem + Router.

Good afternoon @user_f1a729, and happy Monday! Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums for assistance with adding your modem's voice MAC address to your account.

 

Typically, Xfinity does not require manual MAC address registration for standard customer-owned devices. In most cases, the modem is automatically registered when it is connected and activated through the Xfinity App.

 

To help us better understand what's happening, has the modem already been activated? Also, when you review your account, does the voice MAC address appear correctly, or are you noticing that it is missing or incorrect?
