Your Xfinity Voice mailbox is almost full

Me and my wife keep getting Your Xfinity Voice mailbox is almost full emails.  I have no voicemails and when I log in to my account it says we don't have any.  I don't even think we ever had one in the last 4 years because we have an answering machine.  We both got this message yesterday 4/6/2022.  We have also got this email last Month. Besides we would both would receive an xfinity email if one was left. Why do we keep getting this, something doesn't make sense? We only have the one home phone number.  see below

Thank you for sharing your story with us in our Forums. That is very peculiar. I'd like look into this for you. Could you please send us a direct message with your full name and address. You can send us a direct message by clicking on the "chat" icon in the upper right, then click the pen/pad icon, and lastly "Xfinity Support."

Thank you James. Last thing I need to do, is send you a verification code to either your mobile number or email address and get that back from you. Which one would you like me to send it to? -Daryl

I am having this issue as well...email full, and I've deleted trash, old archived emails, and have very few emails left in my inbox.  Please help!

This does not apply to voice mail, emails only

Oh my God, it is August 2022 and for the last 6 months my phone's voicemail won't take voicemails and it has no voicemails in the inbox.  We've called 3 times and NOTHING works.  Talk about [Edited: Language"] service.  They do the same 8 diagnostic steps each time, all with nice friendly people from the continent of India and NOTHING works.  They say there is NO escalation, no help, etc.  If you see this message and are thinking to use Xfinity, do yourself a favor and go to another carrier.  It will save you hours of trouble as there is absolutely no solution
