Xfinity Voice - Sorry.but somthing went wrong Error

Phone works but the web voice log in page to listen to voicemails gives me this error. It has worked in the past and I've accessed it before. I have tried on different devices and browsers and still an error. I've called xfinity a few times they don't seem to know what I'm talking about. HELP

@user_wekgk3 Thank you for making us aware the voice log is not working for you. I appreciate you troubleshooting on your own by using different devices and browsers. Have you by any chance tried access the voicemails by using your phone? If not, please follow these instructions from your home phone:
Dial *99 or your home phone number.
Press # when your personal greeting starts.
Enter your passcode when asked.

Yes, I can access my voicemail using the *99 method however when you have 35+ voicemails it takes a lot of time to weed through. Using the voice log is a lot easier and quicker to delete. Will this service be restored?

Are you logging in with the primary or manager Xfinity ID associated with the account? The other types of roles do not have access to listen to the voicemails through the connect portal.

Have you attempted to access those voicemails on a different device or web browser? Clear your device's browser's cache and cookies?

Yes we only have one login - primary/manager Xfinity ID and I've tried different devices and browsers. EDGE, Chrome and the xfinity app on my cell phone. Same error.
