Same - Every time the modem reboots, Xfinity once again intercepts all calls to my home phone, and sends them to Xfinity Voicemail.
This obviously should not happen.
This especially should never happen without some sort of alert to and confirmation by account owner
This should be an easy feature (VMPKG?) to turn off, permanently - regardless of modem reboots
None of 1, 2 and 3 are true - an agent must repeatedly "remove the VMPKG" completely from my account - a package I never asked for, was never informed was added to my account, ...
Please fix this once and for all, and ensure that this feature is never again reset without explicit confirmation by account owner.
Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_70f38a. I would be happy to look into any Voice issues from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

Same thing is happening. We just go set up and it worked until the setup person left.

To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
