Xfinity built in voicemail
I have requested multiple times via phone calls.To xfinity to turn off the voicemail feature, I have an answering machine.I do not use their voicemail and I've had at least a couple.People tell me that they keep getting the voicemail instead of getting the call going through!

Greetings, @Heather65! We are happy to further help with your voicemail. We can see where things are at with getting it removed and go from there. We are able to open a ticket to have our back systems checked for the voicemail service if the normal steps to remove it are not working. If it is still listed there and provisioned to your phone line, it will keep working.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
