Hi there, @user_rjufv4! Thanks for reaching out to get your Xfinity Mobile voicemail set up. I understand using *86 did not allow you to access it. Have you also tried your phone app's voicemail tab? Did you recently activate this device or was the voicemail working and then stopped?
