Voicemail retrieval unavailable for weeks

We have been unable to retrieve voicemails for weeks. When we click on the Voicemail App on the tv it says the service is unavailable and we should try again later.  Now that we've tried for a few weeks can you tell us how long before it will be fixed?

@user_ho4kx0 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forum. I would be happy to troubleshoot this issue with you. Have you powered cycled your Xfinity Cable box recently? Also, are you able to access your voicemail when you log into your account at Xfinity.com or by pressing *99?

I cant get Voicemail or Caller ID on my TV. I spent 2 hours working with xfinity assistant on thursday 2/15 . with QUENNIE . She couldnt fix this . She said she was sending the problem to your advanced Repair Team and i would here something back in an hour, and they would get in touch with me with a text message on my phone <Edited: Personal information> they never did.  I have been a loyal customer for 10 years . with no problems. Is this how you treat your customers ??? . I would like some one to contact me either on my home phone <Edited: Personal information> or my cell phone <Edited: Personal information> . I even responed to an e mail you sent me twice with no response back

Thanks<Edited: Personal information>

@user_a8lv7k I can understand the frustration and it's important to us that we help you find a resolution. The best part about working with our team here is that we will stick with you until we have confirmed a resolution is in place and everything is working as it should. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
