Voicemail PIN Reset Stuck - Closed Escalation Ticket ECM0023405718
Hello,
I am experiencing an ongoing issue with my voicemail that front-line customer service and one of the supervisors has been unable to resolve. My voicemail pin number (and I've tried with several different numbers) is not working to access my voicemessages and change greeting, and I am told I need a passcode to reset my PIN but also don't know my passcode.
Over the last 6 to 7 hours, I have attempted to resolve this through chat, phone support, and by visiting a retail store in person. The retail store informed me they could not process it and that I had to call back into phone support. I am caught in a continuous loop of agent transfers, one supervisor, and disconnections with zero results.

An escalation ticket was previously opened for this issue: ECM0023405718. However, I received a notification stating that this ticket has already been marked as Closed, even though I still can't access my voicemail box and don't have a passcode to reset my voicemail pin number.
Because standard customer service channels and standard escalation paths are failing to push this update through, I am requesting an Official Employee or corporate specialist to look at my account profile to research the issue in order to provide me a solution so I can access my voicemail system.
