Voicemail Indicator Light Will Not Shut Off
For about three weeks we have had the voice indicator light continue to flash.vThe phone keeps showing "voicemail available via phone co.".
I have checked via *99 and it says there is no voice mail. I have checked online and it says there are no voice mails. I have gone to the voice indicator light settings under Xfinity Voice, clicked on "Mark All Voicemails as heard" and it gives me an error message of "An error occurred while processing this request. Please sign out and try again later." I have done this and have the same result.
We have reset the routers, reset the phones, reset anything connected to the voice system and we still have the same result.
Our phone system is a Panasonic KX-TGEA20.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
