Voicemail email notifications stopped working

About 3 weeks ago I stopped receiving email notifications of voicemails received. Prior to that it worked perfectly. I spent an hour yesterday on the phone with Xfinity technical support without any solution. Voicemail settings remain unchanged from when it worked for me. I'm ready to give up on Comcast and try another service.

@jwjacobs so sorry to hear that. I know you said that settings remain unchanged but can you please review this (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/voicemail-notification-issues) link for me to review those settings?

Yes, I've followed those instructions. Enable voice transcription is on, valid @Comcast.net email address is entered, Display the voicemail transcript in the email notification is on, Attach the voicemail to the email notification is off

Thank you for reaching back out to us @jwjacobs! Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? We’d love to take a further look. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
