Visual Voicemail

All of sudden I lost my visual voicemail. I have searched through my Exfinity account My XF Mobile acct (Moto g pure android) I cannot find anything relating to my visual voicemail or steps to recover and why I no longer have it  I had this phone since Feb 28 22. No problems with ,V. Voicemail until approx 2 weeks ago  please explain

And the customer service representatives can't explain or say they just fixed it but no matter how many hours you spend on the phone, it's never fixed.

My moto g pure has also stopped working and say "incompatible with phone".  Support center is unable to resolve.  Has anyone found a fix?

Same issue here. Except that the exisitng VMs that were on the app are now gone.

I really wish that Xfinity would address this issue! Haven't had any problems with them until now.
