This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding

​Like many others, we are unable to access Advanced Call Forwarding on the Website.  Numerous calls to agents who tried but who told me they do not have a solution.  Need to get this fixed so we can set features from website.  Was able to set through phone but that is not the solution.  Number was ported from old house to new house if that makes a difference.​

I have the exact same issue. Xfinity agents are a waste of time, at least the 4 I have chatted with are. the last (5th) one said it would be resolved their end in 24 hours but I do not believe it for 1 minute.

You mentioned there have already been tickets placed for this, did someone reach out to you regarding this issue?
