“This mailbox is currently unavailable”

I am trying to set up my voicemail. When I dial *99 I get the message “This mailbox is currently unavailable.” 
I get the same message if I use *82+10 digit number.

Out of curiosity, what happens if you try to access it from https://connect.xfinity.com/voice ?

Having this same issue with Xfinity landline number voicemail.. Whenever I attempt to access my voicemail box from my home phone, I am receiving a message saying 'This mailbox is currently unavailable' for the last several days.  When attempting to review voicemails through my Xfinity online account, I am receiving an error message below that looks like this.. https://connect.xfinity.com/voice/voicemail

My issue is with xfinity mobile not xfinity voice
