Text messaging
I just couldn't be the only one who is disappointed with Xfinity discontinuing the texting feature. I used that more than the phone service. This was the only good thing about the phone service. Horrible decision.

OK. Fine. Text messaging is gone. But, here's the major issue:
When someone send a text message to my Xfinity Home Phone, they get no feedback that the text did not go through!!! Without that feedback, the sender assumes the receipent received the text message, when in fact, we haven't! If you take away our ability to read the message, at least let the sender know it didn't go through!
