setting up call forwarding on line

Trying to set up call forwarding on line.  When you go the option, the screen opens and it shows the 3 dots blinking on and off looking like it is trying to load the page, but it never does, it just goes to a blank dark screen.  We are NOT where the phone is so I cannot do it in person.....please help.

If you are having trouble getting a page to load, you might want to try either using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies.

Apparently you did not read my post.  The on line option will not allow you to enter any phone number on the forwarding page....the three dots blink like a page is loading, then the screen goes dark...it is not functioning....

Yes, I understand. Sometimes web pages will error out when trying to perform a task, so it can be helpful to try other browsers or clear your cache and cookies. 

There are times when even our tools here have similar issues and this is a troubleshooting step we often use. :)

 

Give it a try and let us know if it helps at all.
