Register Yealink W60 base

I have a Yealink W60P.  I have it for personal use (not running a business). Can anyone help me with information to register the base? I need xfinity username, register name, server host, etc that I'm being asked to configure on the base via the web portal. Do I need an SIP Trunk, a PBX? Or can I simply add in the information and use given I have VOIP with Xfinity.

Their home phone service only supports connection of touch-tone analog POTS devices to the jacks on an eMTA or modem/router gateway device. They don't allow customer IP phones to access their home phone systems directly.

Thanks BruceW. If I purchase a phone plan from a service like Ooma, would I then be able to use my Xfinity internet as VOIP thru Ooma, cancel the phone plan with Xfinity, and use the Yealink IP phone through the Ooma phone service plan?

It should work if the phone is compatible with Ooma. Comcast's Internet service just carries data. It doesn't care what that data represents as long as it does not violate their Customer Agreements. See https://www.xfinity.com/policies
