Really need voicemail off

Hello, I have chatted with 3 different reps and they all tell me at the end that they turned voicemail off.  But of course, the next day comes along and I get voicemails.  Is there any way to completely turn this off?  I've tried all the steps and nothing.  This is one of the most annoying features and I just can't get rid of it.  It's driving me nuts!

I truly wish we could assist with changing these setting on the home phone. This setting requires the Xfinity Voice Security PIN to be confirmed. Our voice agents over the phones have access to confirming the security PIN. Please reach out to them by calling 1(800) 934-6489.
