Phone Residential Services Agreement Monitoring & Recording

So, I guess I'm supposed to be ok with this???

16 MONITORING AND RECORDING

  1. You agree that we (and our agents) may monitor and record any telephone calls or other voice communications, data, or images transmitted between: (1) us and our agents, and (2) you, your agents, any user of your Services, your Customer Equipment, or any user of any phone numbers associated with your account.

We encourage you to review the updated Xfinity Residential Services Agreement, which will take effect on July 3, 2021 and will apply to you if you continue to use your Xfinity services after that date.

Looks like I'll be contacting Century Link to see if they actually respect their users privacy!
