Phone number just started showing as 'Low Risk' spam

Question

My neighbor who calls me often is now showing as spam just happened suddenly.  They have been calling me successfully for years.  What happened and how can i fix it?

user_86pphz Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We would suggest using this link: Phone Spam Feedback Form. Fill out the details; you'll be able to enter the number that was misidentified as "low risk" so that the number is removed from that list.

same thing here, just started with my phone number coming up as spam.  also when I call my friends with xfinity I have to put in a 2 digit code before the call goes thru
