Phone Logs Changed After Years For No Reason

For years I have easily accessed and Printed Out my Comcast Phone Logs which gave me all the specific details I required for every call in or Out.

 

All of a sudden Starting with Calls I Made (Outgoing Calls) from September 1st (to date) the Recipient Phone Number which had always been specified on every outgoing call, was reflected as MY Phone number only. Every one.

 

I need the specificity of at least the Phone Number of who I called (all other details thank heaven remain). I called Comcast "Support"--lost the lottery as I was connected to one of their Outsourced Staff--and was assured Comcast was aware of this issue and were working to Fix it. That was 2 weeks ago. No end or Fix in sight.

 

I need the same details on my Phone Logs as I had received and relied on FOR YEARS.

 

When will this be fixed and will the Log information be updated retroactively back to when the problem started on 9/1? Anyone else having this issue?

 I just checked my logs in and out and all seems to be working fine here.  Maybe you cleared your cache and data files recently? Good luck!
