Outage

I have had an outage since 07/01/26. Haven't been able to use Wi-Fi or phone line. I don't understand why it is taking so long. I can't get into contact with live agent because of the outage. I want updates but I only get "as soon as possible" as the answer. Also my bill is due tomorrow but I haven't had service for a week. I need help ASAP
