NomoRobo no longer supports Xfinity VOIP in 2026

According to NomoRobo, they no longer support Xfinity VOIP starting 1/1/2026. To verify, I logged into my NomoRobo account today and it says "unsupported" for my VOIP number.

What alternatives, if any, are compatible with Xfinity VOIP? Ideally, I'd like something that has a caller id (displayed text, not just the incoming number) blocking feature. I can live without NomoRobo, but my elderly in-law's really need a good solution.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Glad I saw this info, as I was having lots of spam call issues.  The Xfinity support page still says to "Sign up for Nomorobo".

I want to keep my home phone but the spam calls are crazy, and you can only block so many.

I don't want  to have to choose to have ALL my calls go to voicemail just to get rid of the spam.

Xfinity make it so hard to report spam too. You have to go to xfinityspamfeedback.com complete the form, with your email, get a verification code in your email, to be able to submit. I wish using my home " Xfinity voice "phone service was easier, more like my cell phone, especially when the spammers call early in the morning.

I've yet to find any alternatives for 3rd party VOIP spam blockers. Seems like there are plenty of iOS/Android options (cell phones), but there appears to be a gap for VOIP. I rarely use my landline anyway, so perhaps this will the thing that finally prompts me (and others) to drop the landline and solely use my mobile.

I just tried signing up for NOMOROBO from the Xfinity link they provide (https://www.nomorobo.com/signup) and it did not work.  Called Xfinity customer care and spent 30 minutes with them trying to connect.  Obviously their customer support does know that NOMOROBO no longer supports landlines.  Xfinity really needs to take their website page (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/nomorobo) and all references to NOMOROBO down.  Here is the link to NOMOROBO's declaration (https://nomorobo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/41087882749453-Nomorobo-Landline-Service-Discontinuation).  For now, I use a Panasonic wireless landline phone that enables me to block specific or blocks of phone numbers.  Not the best solution but it helps.  Xfinity, if you're listening, fix your website!!!
