NoMoRobo blocked a "Verified" call

I use NoMoRobo with my Comcast/Xfinity landline. Today we had a call from medical provider that we needed to answer, but it was blocked by NoMoRobo. In the Xfinity Voice web page, "Call History" tab that is a log of incoming and outgoing calls, this number shows as "Missed: Verified". Apparently NoMoRobo blocked the call after 1 ring, as the log also shows that an outgoing call to (202) 813-1600 was made at the same time, which means Comcast/Xfinity forwarded the call to NoMoRobo.
Why was a "Verified" number, which should have been passed through, blocked?

Nomorobo is blocking calls from Kaiser Permanente now. There was no problem up until a couple months ago. IDK what changed but I'm turning this stupid thing off. I have no time to submit every possible number that Kaiser has in it's holdings. Nor should I be expected to. I can't select on my phone to allow it. My mother is 84 and has lots of doctor calls. The number gets blocked then they call me on my cell phone. I'd rather hey just hang up on the spam calls since Nomo seems to suck now 😡

user_s2fduk are the calls coming in automated or operator driven? That is normally the kicker on some of those with bigger national based businesses. Appreciate you taking the time to get us in the loop.
