nomorerobo for xfinity voice?

Other than anon call blocking and spam filters is there  another setting to stop robocalls? I get so MANY every day from Medicare Advantage sellers and its driving me crazy . Too many to block  each one as the numbers are always different. Lots of them are spoofed numbers. I thought there was a way to use nomorerobo on Xfinity voice landline but the instructions say to go to Xfinity voice settings and ' Click Advanced Call Forwarding'  but that option does not exist. Help please and thank you

@TerriB Good morning! Thank you for reaching out for assistance with the spam calls. I can definitely see how frustrating that would be, I had a similar experience a few years ago. Have you had a chance to check your Call Blocking settings? You may need to adjust those settings. You can also add your number to the National DNC Registry. Are your current setting similar to the ones I have sent over?

@XfinityKassie Thanks for the quick response. All my Xfinity  call blocking settings include anon are ok. I have spam filters set for high and medium risk calls to be blocked. I have had both land line and mobile on the DNC register since they started it but I don't think its worth a hoot. I have even signed up more than once and still doesn't seem to do much which is terrible. As I stated earlier there is supposed to be a way to use nomorerobo on Xfinity voice but the settings options shown in the nomorerobo instructions  are not there.  <sigh>

@TerriB

Thanks for clarifying the links we sent you are great ways to set up and block those calls but unfortunately scammers have figured a way around to get through to some customers by masking their numbers. What you may have to do is what I do on my mobile line when it's a number that still gets through that I don't recognize I clicked the junk box and report it as spam and it will block that number as well

Still getting 7-8 robo calls a day about Medicare plans.  Some say spam and some are spoofed 'real numbers' with 'real names' and are not marked spam.  Some just give the city and state . I can't mark land line phone numbers  on the phone itself as spam or junk like I can on mobile phone so guess I am stuck. Funny that I rarely get these calls on my mobile phone. Wouldn't matter if I put each one on my Xfinity block list because the numbers are never the same so I don't bother. Guess there is no 'nomorerobo' for landline calls?
