No dial tone

Our land line has quit working. We have tried everything suggested and had a modem reset. Still not working and need to talk to tech person.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your Xfinity Voice service not working properly, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Are you still having troubles with your Xfinity Voice services? If so, is it all handsets within the home?
