No dial tone, upgraded modem
I upgraded my modem yesterday and my home phone (voice) isn't working. There is no dial tone and goes straight to voicemail. I sent a private message to support but haven't heard back. I also have tried using Xfinity Assistant is useless. I keep trying to get to agent and not working, and to help my voice it just says do theses things and that should help... and it hasn't! Hoping this will be more helpful.
