"New Voice Mail" notice doesn't go away
My phone says I have New Voice Mail but I have no messages. When I turn it on, I get the quick beeps then a sateady dial tone. I hit *99 and it says I have no messages (which is correct). I hang the phone up again and it says "New Voice Mail." I've looked extensively online but haven't found a solution.

Had the same problem This is not an ideal solution, but it worked. Call your phone from another number and leave a message. Then go in and listen to the message you left, and delete it. The indicator will go away.

Hi, thank you -- I had tried that, and I just tried it again, but it didn't work, and still says "New Voice Mail."
