New modem caller ID not working

I have called Comcast three times after installing new modem ARRIS SVG2482AC because now caller I'd no longer working on phone.  Everything else is working fine.  I would appreciate if anyone knows how to get this fixed.

Same here, similar timeframe.  The tech at the store told me to dial *08 on my landline to complete the set up and everything would work.  Nope.  I've had mutliple calls, and a store visit, promises for call backs that NEVER happen.  Open tickets that are closed without resolution.  People's landlines are clearly not any type of priority.  It's all about the internet, streaming and cable.
