Need to get my home number added to Advanced Call Forwarding so I can set the number of rings

I need to have access to the Advanced Call Forwarding features:

I get this message:

This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding.

I am using my main account to log into the account.  There seem to be a ton of questions on this, but no resolutions that users can do.  I will need help directly from Xfinity support to get my number actived for this feature.
