My VOIP line does not display call history - error message displayed
I want to display my landline call history but when I click on call history an error message appears saying can't display call history. Can you fix it so the call history displays?

Hi there, @user_838mx3 I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your call history not being displayed. You can fix the Xfinity call history error by clearing your browsers cache, trying a different browser or device, or by using the Xfinity APP. If these steps don't work, try restarting your modem.-Richard
