My phone is going straight to voicemail and not ringing

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer who has the voice line service I would not be happy if my phone went straight to voicemail without ringing. Give the steps in the link of trial and let me know that resolves the concerns on the voicemail picking up before it rings
