Voice mail unavailable message on landline. Restarted modem twice unplugged phones still doesn’t work

Hello @greenteam51 thank you for reaching out to us on our community forum. I know how important it is to make sure your voicemail is working. Is your landline working and giving you a normal dial tone? Do you get an error code when you dial *99?
