Just activated account - error trying to access Call History. No response to my open case.

I have an open case for this: #019873315  

The rep asked me to give it 24 hours to be resolved, and was going to call me with an update this afternoon but I never received a call.  Can I please get an update?

I activated my account yesterday and am unable to access my Call History for my home phone.  I am receiving an error message: "There is a problem with your Xfinity Voice service. Please call 1-800-XFINITY for assistance."
