Incoming calls from landline issues

The phone doesn't ring for incoming calls from two separate centurylink landlines. Outgoing calls to those numbers work fine. Also, incoming and outgoing calls from and to cell phones work fine.

 

In addition, when trying to access VM remotely I'm prompted for area code and number then prompted for a pin number. Once entered a message states the information is incorrect.  I have verified my pin.
