I want to turn off voicemail

user_76e7pj Thank you so much for asking, that is a great question the phone features like adding or removing voice mail are built into some packages so changes like that would need to be made by us but no worries at all if you are listed on the account as an account manager we can help you get the voicemail removed for them.  If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
