I want to remove a second phone line from my account

Hi. The website and live chat have been unable to help me. The website "customize your plan" or "remove a serivce" from your plan simply does NOT work and the chatting service keeps sending me back to the bot.  I've literally been going in circles for days and am very frustrated there's no one to talk to or inform about the many issues.  Please help.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
