I receive voicemail notifications for someone else's phone number

I have an email address which is not associated with my own Xfinity account.  This email address receives voicemail notifications for an unknown phone number which was never associated with my email or Xfinity account.  How can I stop these emails?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here. Have you attempted to remove the phone number from the email settings at the https://connect.xfinity.com/ site?

That URL redirects to https://my.xfinity.com .  Under Account Settings, I have a different Personal Email specified.  If I click the phone icon, I'm sent to https://connect.xfinity.com/voice .  From there, clicking Email redirects me to Xfinity Connect, which I have not activated.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the “chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
