How to turn on caller id
After I had changed my payment plan, my caller id has not worked. This happened the last time I had a change and if I recall correctly it had to be done at the main office. The Xfinity Store said it was my box but that wasn’t the case last time. Any suggestions?

Go to the settings icon, go to preferences, then notifications. Make sure the Caller ID is on.
