how to enable stutter dial tone for voicemail

I have the new Xfinity internet and voice service. So far so good except I can't tell if I have a new or unread voicemail messages without calling or checking via the web app. I was expecting a stutter dial tone to indicate this based on other info indicating the feature does exist. How do I get this enabled? I have the router supplied by Comcast.

Hi there, @user_345bfb. Thanks for reaching out. To Manage Your Voicemail While Playing Back Your Messages: Press 91 to mark the message as unread. Press 4 to replay the message. Press 1 to rewind the message ten seconds back. Press 11 to replay the message from the beginning. Hope that helps!
