To get started, could you please try signing in to Xfinity Voice using your Xfinity ID and password, if you haven’t already and let me know if you're able to listen to them there? Also, just to clarify; have you had a chance to restart your gateway after updating your passcode? Sometimes a quick reboot can help apply the changes and resolve access issues.
