I know how important it is to have a working phone, and I'm sorry to hear that you aren't getting a dial tone and no one is able to call in. Have you done any troubleshooting yet on your end? We recommend trying to restart the modem by unplugging it for 1-5 minutes to reset the phone service. You'll also want to make sure that the phone is plugged directly into the TEL1 port in the back of the modem. If you have a different phone, you can also try that just to rule out any issues with the phone hardware itself.
