Home Phone not getting voicemail (second request for advice)

When calling home phone and it isn't answered, the message states "wireless caller not available" and disconnects. will not accept a voicemail. This is not a wireless phone. Have restarted modem numerous times. Can access voicemail from home phone.

Hey there, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, I am happy to look into it for you. Can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your name and address?

Hi @Mrsrun, let's see what's going on with the voicemail! Please send us a direct message, using the following instructions:

(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

or https://comca.st/3n9OIe9

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3HMOwcl for an example.

I no longer work for Comcast.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
