Home CallerID on tv > message jumbled

I have many issues with my service 

one is newer and specific

the caller I’d in the upper right of the tv only shows sometimes (causing lots of issues!) when it started to show it is

>#27 incomingnumber>mynumber#28

if a voice message is left that long string is also indicated.  It would seem to me that is some sort of forwarding?

I’ve been hacked every imaginable way for 3-4 years.
