High amount of spam calls getting through. Is something is going on with Nomorobo?

I have had Nomorobo set up on our home phone for a long time.  It had been working great, one ring, and then the spam call was gone.  Since the beginning of July, my phone has been ringing nonstop.  Looking at the call history, I can see calls are being forwarded to the Nomorobo number. The only calls that have been blocked are anonymous callers, because I have that feature on in settings.  Now we look at the number on the TV. If we don't know it, we don't answer it.  I changed settings last month, and today I changed the settings to be more aggressive (block all high and medium spam risk and filter low-risk calls).

Has anyone had a high increase in spam calls getting through?  Maybe Nomorobo needs to update its system.  It appears spammers are outsmarting them.
