Disable Xfinity voicemail service.

I have an answering machine.

Have had it for 30 years.

Apparently, from time to time, Xfinity has intercepted my incoming calls and recorded messages have piled up until recently when I got a notification that my Voicemail box is nearly full.

You can listen to and manage your Xfinity Voice voicemail over the phone or online whenever you’re away from home. There’s no extra setup required.

Access voicemail from any phone

From your home phone

Dial *99 or your home telephone number.
When your personal greeting starts, press #.
Enter your passcode when prompted.

Mobile or landline (away from home)

Dial your home phone number.
When your personal greeting starts, press #.
Enter your passcode when prompted.

Access voicemail online

Listen to and manage your voicemail from any computer, mobile phone or tablet with internet access.

Get started

Sign in to Xfinity Voice using your Xfinity ID and password.
Find the voice message you want to listen to and click the Play button.
