Disable Xfinity Voice?

Hello - I am helping my elderly grandfather with disabling his xfinity voice but it appears I am unable to do so on my end. He prefers, and is used to, his voicemail features on his landline and he is missing voicemails as he does not use xfinity voice. Can you please help me disable this for him?
