Customer service

The worst customer service on earth! I've experienced & read dozens of times how Xfinity reps promise to call back, and never do. This has happened to me three times, and nothing ever gets resolved. It's as if Xfinity trains their workers to lie, mis-lead and tell the customer what they want to hear just to pacify them during the call. Then nothing gets resolved going forward.  I'm so out done with this company I dread having to contact them for anything 😑 

They charge almost double what they should and take advantage of their customers who have no other alternatives selecting cable companies.
