Connecting phone to modem with just an ethernet

I just got voice and my modem only has an ethernet connection and a cable connection.   Is there anything i can buy that will connect  my ethernet cord to a device and then connect the phone line to it and then to my phone.   I have seen splitters that allow multiple devices to be plugged into a telephone wall, but I want something so that one end of the ethernet cord is in modem, the other end in the splitter, and then the telephone line fits in and the other end runs to the standard, old timey phone?

Either that or is there some type of cable phone, with a cable hooked to the phone and then directly to the cable receptor on the wall?

If you have Comcast’s voice service, you need the proper equipment. You’ll never get a dial tone with your examples

You need a compatible modem or gateway. For equipment that works with their Voice service see https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/. Be sure to check the "Voice/Telephone enabled" box.
